Shipping Information

All Weekday Motors products are currently made to order, please allow up to 3 weeks for production and delivery. Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to shipping carriers, customs processing, or other external factors outside of our control. Once we transfer products to the carrier, responsibility for delivery timing passes to the courier. If you experience any issues, get in touch and we will do our best to help.

Returns & Refunds

Weekday Motors Return & Refund Policy

Because every item is custom-printed and made to order just for you, we handle returns and exchanges differently than traditional retailers.

1. Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged, has a manufacturing defect, or if you received the wrong item, we will make it right.

How to report: Please email us at hello@weekdaymotors.com within 14 days of delivery.

Please include: Your order number and clear photos showing the issue.

Resolution: Once verified, we will send a replacement or issue a refund at no cost to you.

2. Size Exchanges & Buyer's Remorse

Because our products are made to order, we do not currently accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Incorrect size selection.
  • Change of mind (or "buyer's remorse.")
  • Colour variations due to screen differences. (Please note that screen colours may vary slightly from physical prints).

Pro Tip: Double-check our Size Chart (shown on each product page) before placing your order to ensure the perfect fit! If in doubt, size up!

3. Shipping & Lost Packages

Address Accuracy: Please verify your shipping address at checkout. We cannot offer refunds or free replacements for items sent to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

Lost or Delayed Packages: If your tracking info shows "Delivered" but you haven't received it, please contact the shipping carrier directly. If the package is lost in transit (no tracking updates for 15+ days), contact us and we will help investigate.

4. How to Start a Request

Please do not send your purchase back to the address on the package. To start a claim, email hello@weekdaymotors.com
